Kaushik is a valued business and beneficial owner, trusted executive, board member and team leader, with a unique understanding of both technical and business requirements. He holds B.Sc. (Chemistry) and D. Pharmacy qualifications.

Kaushik has an extensive financial background and his roles have covered management and delivery of financial solutions at UK businesses at all levels.

As Chairman, he manages the Board and regulatory administration, overseeing preparation of financial reports, marketing and representing the bank at international events, and in his role as Director and Head of Accounts, he oversees audit functions and liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Kaushik is currently the President of Rajyapurohit Association of Brahmins U.K. leading the organisation. He maintains an active role in a UK charity organisation for India, supporting the Asian Blind Association (ABA) in London and performer at concerts raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, a local Downs Syndrome Charity and the Cerebral Palsy Association of St. Lucia.

Sanjay is a leading Trade Finance specialist at Euro Exim Bank. With experience of running his own business enterprises, he has a unique perspective of both technical and business requirements, and keen not only on the growth of business but participation and contribution to strong CSR programs. He is a holder of Bachelor of Science qualification and a Masters’ degree.

Sanjay has an extensive financial background, working in invoice discounting, immersed in the entire life cycle of imports and exports from inception and pro-forma invoices, through freight forwarding, insurance, importers, transporters, shipping and all associated financial aspects. Sanjay’s specialist knowledge is essential on assisting clients in meeting their expectations, and in the formation of workable trade documents which reflect the ability to deliver economically and with least risk.

He is a leading mentor on the creation and issuance of trade finance documents, Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit and indemnity documents. Sanjay is also well versed in SWIFT systems and operations and a major contributor to the technology and specification of the in-house SimpleX Trade Finance Platform.

Graham is an experienced and technically proficient industry professional from a financial services & system vendors background. His extensive career over 35 years (including 20 years at SWIFT), covers industry utilities, regulators and specialist financial institutions in sales, supporting and consulting on business solutions across the financial sector. He is also a serving UK Justice of the Peace.

Formerly Director of FSI Solutions and Strategy at storage leader EMC, he was SME on banking and investment management covering ECM, paperless banking, compliance, governance and risk solutions.

Prior to that, he was the Principal Consultant with The Realization Group (SME on SWIFT and messaging to the UK financial markets), and Business Development Manager at Actuare, a FIX/EMX/SWIFT/ISO messaging company to investment managers, corporates and the funds industry.

He is former Managing Director at Financial Tradeware plc, providing trading, portfolio and fund management straight through processing (STP) solutions, leading integrated portfolio and trading system sales and consultancy requirements for discretionary funds managers and alternative investments markets (hedge and mutual funds).

His career spans sales and marketing through software applications, infrastructure projects (CHAPS and Enquiry link), enterprise and managed services, marketing (re-branding and launching new SAAS products) and partner/channels experience in international financial markets.

Graham is a regular contributor to trade journals (GTR, TFR), with published articles in Financial Technology press and the Financial Times. He is a regular speaker at international trade industry conferences and will be a speaker at GTR in Singapore and the SWIFT Sibos Conference in Sydney this year.

Sonia has been involved in the setup of our office in Saint Lucia and is the Manager responsible for operations and client acquisition. She is a career banker with extensive experience in all aspects of the industry. She has held senior managerial positions in Retail and Corporate Banking and her last role was Assistant General Manager Channel Management and Service Excellence with CIBC FirstCaribean Bank, with overall responsibility for Retail banking throughout the OECS Islands including Anguilla. She was also Manager and later became Director of Barclays Finance Corporation of the Leeward and Windward Islands with responsibility for long term mortgages, insurance and fixed deposits

She has a strong knowledge of banking regulations including Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance issues covering commercial banking activities and accomplished in process integration, change management and organizational planning and restructuring. Completed a review in Anguilla for the Financial Services Commission to ensure compliance with the Trust Companies and Offshore Banking Act. She has also worked as a consultant with Barclays Bank in the Cayman Islands

Prior to joining Euro Exim, she worked at Flow telecommunications Saint Lucia as Manager of Customer Service. Sonia possesses an Executive Diploma in Business management from the University of The West Indies, Certificate of proficiency in Insurance risk and legal principles, Certification in Management, Banking Regulations, Fraud Investigation, Negotiations and Performance Management.

Mathisha has over 18 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development across a wide variety of industries in the UK, Dubai and Sri Lanka. As the Marketing Manager at Euro Exim Bank, she is responsible for the overall strategic marketing management that expedites the drive of the company, including planning and implementing promotional campaigns, overall responsibility for brand management and developing CSR initiatives. Holding an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and PRINCE2® Certification in Project Management, she drives an instrumental role with insight into business management and exposure to a range of markets and cultures. Mathisha is an associate member of the CIM and Australian Marketing Institute. She is also a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System & ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System. Her past experience includes working as the Marketing & Administration Manager for Syngco Ltd and as the Senior Administration & Marketing Officer at Drydocks World Dubai.

Georgette oversees the legal aspects for Euro Exim Bank. She is responsible for leading legal strategy and structure in the EMEA and Caribbean regions and providing oversight for the Bank’s Regulatory, Compliance and Cross-Border functions.

She is dual qualified Barrister with a demonstrated history of working in in-house and in private practice in the legal services industry, banking and trade finance sector. Keen, dynamic and career driven with extensive knowledge and experience in drafting legal documents, negotiating terms and conditions, assisting in the progression of commercial transactions and corporate governance. She holds an LL. B (Hons) and has been called to the Bar of England and Wales and subsequently St. Lucia. Prior to joining Euro Exim Bank, she worked in private practice in St. Lucia with a cohesive team at Du Boulay Anthony & Co., dealing with many complex legal matters and civil litigation for high net worth clients, international organisations, hotel chains and banks.

She has also worked as a Property Law specialist for Premier Property Lawyers on behalf of clients buying or selling residential properties in the UK.

She is also an Accredited Mediator in Civil and Commercial training and is adept in dispute resolution and assists organisations in solving issues, creating value, maximising growth whilst improving business efficiency.
